New Salon Policies

Due to uncertain times in relation to Covid-19, there has been new changes made to our salon policies. Please take the time to read these new regulations. These are for yours, ours and the community’s safety.

1. If you feel sick at all the day of your appointment (fever, cough etc), please let me know and we can reschedule. There is no cancellation fee at this time.
2. In order to have a service done, you must book an appointment. Walk-ins are not allowed at this time.
3. Masks are mandatory. If you do not bring a mask, you’ll be provided with one.
4. There will be hand sanitizer, and washing stations for everyone to use.
5. On the day of your appointment, I ask that you wait in your car, and I’ll text you when to come into the salon. Here is my number to start: 226-787-7596. I want to make sure that we are not exceeding the limit of people within the salon, as well as making sure everything is properly sanitized, and disinfected for you. Tools, chairs, surfaces will all be cleaned and disinfected before you sit down in my chair!
6. When you come in for your appointment, there will be a mandatory screening, where we will check for Covid-19 symptoms and gather some information to keep track of everyone entering the salon.
7. I have been informed that it is advised not to blow dry, in order to limit air circulation. If we want to blow dry, it must be done in a separate room, and must be cleaned in between. You can request a blow dry, and I will try my best to honour that for you, but I can’t guarantee as the room is shared between multiple stylists. I will come up with a variety of wet looks we can do in the meantime. Or if you find any looks you like, please show me your ideas!
8. Due to costly PPE, and disinfectants (mostly), increased booking time, and high demand, I have had to increase my prices. Most have gone up by $5.
9. I will be accepting cash, and e-transfer at this time. I am hoping to be able to use my debit/credit machine by next week as well, and will keep you updated.
10. At this time, I ask that you please come to your appointment alone. If you are bringing a child for a service, you may stay with your child during the service. They just can’t accompany you during your services.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for adhering to the new regulations.
